We practice a zero tolerance policy here at FileRadar. To ensure the best site we can have for our users, any users who abuse links shall be immediately banned and their links deleted upon detection. "Abuse" includes but is not limited to:

(1) link reinforcement via multiple accounts
(2) resubmission of same-site links because a link to that site has been voted down by our users
(3) voting down of other links on a page for the purpose of increasing one's link position on that page.

Other issues shall be hammered out in time to make certain our users get their files fast, free, and fairly.
