guards will:

-follow you and protect you
-have a blip over their head/radar
-carry any weapon you were caring while recruiting the ped+pistol as backup weapon (see files info below)
-be accurate and faster
-be disabled when player/member's dead or too far (youll see a message)
-drive you around
-drive follow you
-find a car to do so
-tell you how much health they have left (only then you can heal them)
+TO MAKE MORE GUARDS JUST COPY THE ASI AS MANY GUARDS YOU NEED (no more than 7)

City is converted into the combatant club. Each people attempts To Beat or not To Beat... ;) Fight absolutely all people... (-NO SHOOTINGs, cause if you shoot then peoples can run away-) Townspeople chaos is observed... (people running & looking for fight, cars more chaotically move) ... Ridiculous to observe as the pair of mandrels kicks cop...

Current Features:

* Spawn any vehicle in the game, via the console. The script will attempt to find a best match to the car you type in.
* Spawn random pedestrians
* Recharge all your health and armor, and repair any vehicle you're in (requires Trainer v1.1)
* Add 200 ammo to your current weapon
* Remove Police attention
* Make yourself explode (greatly expanded in v1.2)
* Speedometer (in KPH or MPH)(New in v1.1.1)
* Weather Changer(New in v1.2)

Installation:

Extract the files from the .rar into the GTA script directory, which is usually "Grand Theft Auto IV/Scripts".

About this File:

This mod makes Liberty City to Winter Wonderland! Roads, trees, rooftops, parks, ... are covered in snow. Also it isn't raining anymore, but it's snowing! The updated handling file makes it harder to drive around the city, so be careful when you step on it! But remember, there are always cars that have an ABS system...
